A member of the UMUC team since June 1998, Jen has happily served UMUC's students, faculty and staff in various support roles, from Senior Application Support Specialist with the Learning Applications Development and Support unit (LeADS), to Senior Instructional Support Specialist with the Center for Support of Instruction (CSI).
