Compliance with the GSMT policy to post grades with feedback within one week of assignment submission would avoid the problem presented here.
The grading comments box in WebTycho is too small to allow the amount of feedback generally expected, so a file attachment is necessary to provide the feedback. Perhaps a WebTycho improvement would be to directly invite the attachment.
Use of audio, employing a program such as the free PureVoice, is one way to efficiently - from the professor's time standpoint - increase the amount of feedback provided.
